TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BESPOKE STATIONERY

Please note, we advise all Clients to carefully read the below Terms and Conditions before placing an order with Flourish & Lace. Once an order is placed you have signified your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions. Flourish & Lace reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect once posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website. All orders placed with Flourish & Lace will be subject and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

PROOFS

PDF Proofs are sent via email, unless specifically requested. Great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to check wording, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved and signed off with type errors and subsequently printed Flourish & Lace takes no responsibility, and will not be liable for any resulting cost. If replacements are required they will be charged for in full. Therefore we would always encourage that you check spelling and wording thoroughly. Please note that colours may differ slightly between those you see on a digital proof and those on the final printed outcome.

Should you require a printed proof, this can be arranged, but will involve an extra cost of £20 per proof (digital printing only).

QUOTES AND PAYMENT

Upon approval of the quote sent by Flourish & Lace a non-refundable 50% deposit of the estimated bill will be required before any design work can commence. Once final proofs have been agreed the remainder will be paid before printing begins. Please note that the bespoke design process means the final outcome can often be developed and changed, therefore a final invoice will be issued which will take into account any changes.

All costs are quoted in and are to be paid in pound sterling, by cheque or bank transfer.

COPYRIGHT

All stationery artwork and designs are copyright of Flourish & Lace, they may not be reproduced in any form without prior permission from Flourish & Lace. Any improper or illegal use of the stationery, artwork or designs will be pursued. Flourish & Lace reserves the right to use any stationery we create for you to promote our products and services. However we will never share any of your personal information with third parties.

It is the Clients’ responsibility to get permission to reproduce any copyrighted material, such as the words of hymns or poems which are to be featured in the stationery.

ORDERING

It is advisable when determining on quantities to factor in extras for handwritten errors, or changes to your guest list. We recommend an additional 10 – 15 copies.

TIME FRAME

The bespoke design and printing process can take up to 12 weeks. Please ensure you leave enough time before you will need to send out your invitations. Flourish & Lace will provide an estimated time frame for completion of bespoke stationery, but the Client should be aware that failure to submit any required information or materials may cause subsequent delays in completion.

DELIVERY

The utmost care is taken when packaging your stationery, and it will be sent to you by tracked courier or Royal Mail
special delivery, both of which will require a signature. The cost of postage and packaging to one UK address will be
added to your quote.

CANCELLATIONS, LOSS OR DAMAGE

If you wish to cancel your order during the design process before the artwork has gone to print, you will not be required to pay the second 50% due on the stationery. Once you have paid the second 50% the sale becomes final. All sales of bespoke stationery are final except where a product is damaged or faulty. If this is the case you must notify Flourish & Lace with 10 days of the receipt of the products.

Flourish & Lace cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once your order has been dispatched.
