Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to send extra envelopes/place cards etc?
Yes please! If we aren’t supplying the paper for you then please send an additional 15-20%. This is due to any last minute additions to the guest list and unwanted ink spatters and smears.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks depending on our current schedule. In a rush? Just let us know and we’ll see what we can do! An additional express fee of £50 may be applicable.
What colour inks can I have?
The sky’s the limit! Standard colours include black, white and navy, but we have a whole range of colours and beautiful metallics available.
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges are worked out depending on your order, or if you’re local to Bristol we can arrange to deliver it in person.
How can I send you my address list?
Please send your list of names and/or addresses via email, in MS Word or Excel format. If possible, please stack names and addresses as they would be written on the envelope. Make sure to double check that all details are correct before sending!
Do you only do wedding calligraphy?
Not at all, calligraphy is perfect for any special occasion. We often do work for parties, corporate events and gifts! Please email to let us know your ideas!
